Process:

Convey the recent 2 cups of water plus the opposite brine elements to a boil. Boil for five minutes. Then add the chilly water and pressure to order the liquid and discard the seeds and so forth. Chill the brine to 40º. Place the hen within the Brine in fridge for 12-24 hours.

Then pound the hen skinny.

Set the oil at 350º in a big cooking pot with 8-12 inches of hole from the highest so the oil doesn’t boil over.

In the meantime mix the flour elements and mix properly. Place the hen within the flour to coat properly. For further coating return to the brine and once more into the flour. Then immerse into the oil. Cook dinner for roughly 4-5 minutes or till the interior temperature is 165º. Take away hen from fryer and sprinkle with sea salt and a bbq spice rub mix.

To construct a sandwich use your favourite condiments. A superb high quality bbq sauce mix with mayonnaise and sriracha is a good sauce for this sandwich.

Prime with coleslaw or lettuce and tomato.
