Substances:

1 cup corn (contemporary / frozen)

2 medium sized leached potato (boiled & mashed)

½ onion (finely chopped)

ÂĽ capsicum (finely chopped)

1 inexperienced chilli (finely chopped)

½ tsp ginger paste

½ tsp purple chilli powder

ÂĽ tsp turmeric powder

½ tsp garam masala powder

1 tbsp besan (roasted)

ÂĽ cup bread crumbs

1 tbsp corn flour

ÂĽ tsp pepper (crushed)

1 tbsp lemon juice

oil for deep frying

Salt-1/4 tsp or as per dietician’s recommendation

Preparation:

In a small blender take boiled corn or frozen corn mix to coarse paste with out including any water. Maintain 2tbsp corn kernels apart.

Switch the paste to a big mixing bowl and add boiled and mashed potato (Leached), moreover add onion, capsicum, chilli and ginger paste, spices and salt.

Add ÂĽ cup bread crumbs, 1 tbsp roasted besan,1 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp of boiled corn eliminated individually and saved and crushed black pepper, additionally add lemon juice and mix all the pieces nicely to type a dough.Add in additional bread crumbs if there’s an excessive amount of moisture.
