Components
- 300g of lamb, cubed (or rooster or beef)

- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- 1 can of reduced-fat coconut milk
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp mango chutney
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 lamb or rooster inventory pot or dice
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped
- Salt
- 1 tbsp of cornflour, if you would like a very thick sauce
- Contemporary mint to garnish
