Spicy Pumpkin Soup

SERVES 4

1 pink onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, crushed

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 carrots, chopped

1kg pumpkin, chopped

1 teaspoon chilli flakes

2 teaspoons floor coriander

2 cups milk
