Merrimack Valley Hospice presents its free “Cooking and Consuming for One” for these navigating grocery procuring, making ready meals and eating after the lack of a companion.
Recognizing the connection between meals and mourning, the nonprofit is offering digital assist teams on-line. A collection of three interactive workshops, happening Thursdays, from 5:30-7:30 p.m., teaches easy, wholesome recipes with minimal elements.
The primary is “One Hen Eight Meals” on Oct. 7, Roasted Butternut Squash Soup Nov. 4 and “Very Gingery Gingerbread” on Dec. 2. Contributors could register for one, two or all three periods.
Merrimack Valley Hospice’s assist teams for adults, kids, spouses/companions and people within the LGBTQ+ group could register or study extra by calling 978-552-4510 or visiting MerrimackValleyHospice.org.
