  • 1kg vanilla ice cream
  • 2 packets (200g every) ginger biscuits
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk

Caramel sauce

  • 200g caramel chips
  • 3/4 cup cream
  • Pinch salt
  • Whipped cream for serving (optionally available)

Methodology

  1. Place the biscuits in a resealable bag and crush utilizing a rolling pin to a semi-fine crumb. Put together 4 massive scoops of ice cream, roughly 1 cup every and roll every instantly within the crumb.

  5. Serve instantly with a drizzling of the caramel sauce and a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
