Sarah’s Hen Skewers

Serves 2

Components

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced,
  • 1 crushed clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 hen breast chopped

Methodology

  1. Mix the lemon juice, oil, garlic, oregano, cinnamon and paprika in a wok, add the chopped hen and refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate.
  2. Thread the hen items onto skewers and prepare dinner for 8 – 10 minutes
  3. Take pleasure in with a salad

Commonplace versatile mince recipe

Serves 4

Components

  • 400 grams of mince of selection
  • 1/2 cup of chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup of chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup of chopped carrot
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to style

Methodology

  1. Add the oil, chopped onion and garlic to a saucepan. Prepare dinner till clear. Add the mince and prepare dinner till brown. Add the herbs, chopped greens and water and prepare dinner for an extra 10 minutes.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with recent herbs.

Word – you need to use 1.5 cups of frozen greens for this recipe.

Fast and simple pizza

Components

  • 1 tortilla
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper to your style
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato paste/sauce
  • 1 cooked hen breast sliced
  • 1/2 capsicum chopped
  • 2 spring onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of dried parsley

Methodology

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°c. Place tortilla on a baking tray. Add the garlic, salt and pepper. Brush with olive oil. Bake for round 4 minutes.
  2. Take away the tortilla after which add the toppings beginning with the tomato sauce, then hen, veg and cheese.
  3. Again into the oven for an additional 5 minutes or till cheese is melted.

Word – you need to use a retailer purchased barbecue hen or prepare dinner your personal hen breast.

Straightforward beef stir-fry

Serves 4

Components

  • 2 tablespoons of sunshine olive oil
  • 400 grams of beef lower into skinny strips
  • 1 1/2 cups of chopped broccoli
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 spring onion chopped
