2 lbs. lean floor turkey
2 eggs
½ cup onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
¾ cup rolled oats
2 Tbsp. contemporary parsley, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup ketchup

1. Preheat oven to 350 levels.
