Paranormal Pizza, a 25-seat pizzeria serving scratch-made vegan pies, held a comfortable opening on Wednesday at 554 N. New St. in downtown Bethlehem. The enterprise, operated by twin brothers Marc and Joey Kubushefski, gives distinctive pizzas such because the “Smoking Man” (garlic knot crust, purple sauce and cashew mozzarella).
