Beef Tacos

Substances:

— 1/2 tablespoon cumin

— 1/2 tablespoon onion powder

— 1 teaspoon garlic powder

— Juice of 1 lime

Instructions:

Warmth olive oil in a big pan over medium-high warmth.  

Season beef with salt and pepper and sear in pot till browned on each side.

Switch beef to a 6 or 7 quart gradual cooker. Pour beef broth over roast.

Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, onion and garlic powder evenly over roast. Cowl gradual cooker and cook dinner on low warmth 8 hours.
