Shrimp with Tomatoes, Capers and Feta Cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces every) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/4 cup white wine, non-compulsory
- ¼ teaspoon crimson pepper flakes, non-compulsory
- 1 pound raw medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons minced contemporary parsley
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- 3 tablespoons ]contemporary dill, minced
- Salt and freshly floor black pepper
- Carry a big pot of evenly salted water to a rolling boil. Add the orzo and cook dinner till al dente.
