- 1 heaped tbsp cornflour, combined to a paste with 1 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 purple pepper, sliced
- Handful of mushrooms, halved
- 250ml hen inventory
- Salt and pepper, to style
1. Place all of the substances within the sluggish cooker, stir and season to style. Prepare dinner on excessive for two.5-3 hours, or low for 5 hours. If you need the sauce to be thicker, stir in one other teaspoon of cornflour combined to a paste with somewhat water.
Per serving: 325 energy. I serve this dish with boiled rice, or chips cooked in my airfryer. Including 200g of rice will add 260 energy.
