1 cup thinly sliced carrot rounds

1 massive apple, chopped into cubes

1 banana (room temperature)

½ cup frozen pineapple or mango

½ teaspoon grated recent ginger, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon , optionally available

Peel the carrots and slice them into rounds. Chop the apple, maintaining the peel on. Break the banana into items.

Add all elements to the blender, including the liquids first. Mix till easy. Eat instantly or retailer as much as 1 day refrigerated in a coated jar.
