Carrot Cake Smoothie

  • 1⁄2 tsp (2,5 ml) floor cinnamon

Preparation

Makes 500 ml, to serve two parts.
  2. A hack one can use is overripe fruit, like berries or bananas, which could be frozen in freezer baggage. This might be good for an ice-cold smoothie. First, slice larger fruit like banana or pineapple, after which freeze.
