This darkish chocolate avocado mousse is a dessert to not be missed. Ready with avocado as a wholesome base and darkish chocolate, cocoa powder, agave syrup, and vanilla extract, it’s creamy, wealthy, and clean. For these with dietary considerations, that is utterly gluten-free and dairy-free.

Servings: 4 

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook dinner time: 5 minutes

Whole time: 10 minutes 

Substances:

4 oz darkish chocolate (vegan), chopped

2 ripe avocados

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1/3 cup coconut cream

1/4 cup agave syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a double boiler, soften the chocolate over low warmth. As soon as melted, take away it from the warmth.
  2. Within the bowl of a meals processor, add the avocados, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, coconut cream, agave syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix the combination till it’s clean, stopping to scrape down the perimeters of the bowl as wanted, about 4 minutes in whole.
  3. Serve instantly.
