Taste Palm Seaside, a September-long dining-deals program, is getting into its last days, so what are a number of the must-try dishes?

Of the greater than 50 eating places collaborating by means of Sept. 30 within the countywide program, seven are in Palm Seaside: Almond, Ambassador Grill, Café Boulud, La Goulue, Brandon’s at Tideline Ocean Resort, and Florie’s and Seaway on the 4 Seasons. Their three-course Taste menus begin at $25 for lunch and $45 for dinner.

A can’t-miss dish on the Taste menu at La Goulue is tuna tartare (Tartare de Thon Japonais), mentioned Normal Supervisor Mathieu Potelle.
