Exhausting rockers Halestorm strategy life on the highway like athletes. Arejay Hale, the 35-year-old who has performed drums within the band fronted by his sister Lzzy for the previous 25 years, says it is important for longevity within the rock ‘n’ roll enterprise.
Lzzy commonly posts wholesome recipes to the band’s weblog and explains how she avoids alcohol and caffeine to keep up her singing (and screaming voice). Arejay shares, “for me I am simply centered on stretching and mobility. I am attempting to remain in form, attempting to train day by day, attempting to eat wholesome, attempting to not make dangerous choices — attempting to not drink an excessive amount of — and all these issues. … That undoubtedly helped quite a bit to keep up on the highway.
“In the direction of the top of the final album cycle, my physique simply had a variety of miles on it, and my joints had been simply beginning to damage.
