Muhammara is a beloved and world-famous dip which is often loved with Pita chips. Its flavour is tangy, smokey, candy, and savoury- all on the identical time! Now we have curated a diabetes-friendly model, only for you.

Components- Purple Bell Pepper – 2 (roasted, de-skinned and deseeded), Walnuts/Almonds – ½ cup ( flippantly toasted ), Cumin Powder – 1 tsp, Purple Chilli Flakes – 1 tbsp, Cayenne Pepper – ½ tsp, Garlic – 2-3 cloves, Stevia or Monk Fruit sweetener – as required, Lemon juice – 2 tsp freshly squeezed, Further Virgin Olive Oil – 2 tbsp, Entire Wheat Bread crumbs – 4 tbsp and salt as per style.

Methodology-

  • Add all the things to a blender and mix into a rough paste.
  • Prime it up with olive oil and serve along with your favorite crisp or cracker. It can be loved with wraps too.
