500g Edamame beans

100g Tahini

10ml lemon juice

2-3 cloves of garlic

Salt to style

pinch of cumin powder

pinch of coriander powder

200g olive oil

150g boiled chickpeas

Vegetable inventory as wanted

1 medium onion
