1 5 to six lbs. boneless pork shoulder roast
Hi Mountain Seasonings Rib Rub
2 12 oz. bottles cherry soda
26 oz. of your favourite BBQ sauce (we like Candy Child Rays)
Pour the two bottles of soda right into a Crock Pot and add 1 tablespoon of Hi Mountain Seasonings Rib Rub and blend properly.
Place the pork roast into the Crock Pot and apply liberal quantity of Rib Rub to the highest of the roast.
Cook dinner on a low setting for 9 hours.
Take away the pork roast and place on a big slicing board. Shed the pork roast.
Take away 2/3 of the liquid from the Crock Pot. Add the BBQ sauce to the remaining liquid and blend properly.
Add the shredded pork to the Crock Pot and blend till all of the meat is coated with the sauce.
Cook dinner on a low setting for one more hour.
