A wholesome consuming drive backed by a few of Norwich Metropolis’s prime stars has kicked off round Norfolk faculties – with hundreds of kids tucking into their first Canaries-themed dishes.

Dimitris Giannoulis’s Greek Hen Flatbreads
Substances:
For the filling:
One lemon; one tsp garlic puree; one tsp dried oregano; 450g rooster (diced) or Quorn items
25ml vegetable or olive oil
For the flatbread:
100g plain flour; 100g wholemeal flour
100ml heat water; two tbsp vegetable or olive oil
Technique:
To make the marinade, combine the juice and zest of a lemon with garlic puree, oregano and vegetable oil.
Add the rooster (or Quorn) and blend till properly coated. Cowl the bowl with cling movie and place within the fridge for one hour to marinade (you may prepare dinner right away in the event you haven’t acquired time to marinade the rooster).
