I made this brown rice milk smoothie and it was nothing in need of spectacular. OK – so it is going to be affectionately reserved for the “I don’t care about carb overload” trough for future emotional emergencies. However hey – I’d simply have to drag it out in occasions of celebration too! It’s actually that good. Wealthy, thick, creamy, and scrumptious. I don’t know what extra I can say, besides mix this up now! You’ll not be dissatisfied. And in contrast to among the nut smoothies I make – this brown rice smoothie is as low cost as chips!

- 2 cups handmade brown rice milk
- 2 natural frozen actually ripe bananas
- 2 Tbsp uncooked honey, or extra to style
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- pinch of Celtic sea salt
Directions
- Throw all the pieces within the blender and puree till clean. YUM!
