I really like making smoothies for myself and the boys. Throughout the previous few months, a number of individuals have requested me what sort of protein powder I exploit in my frozen drinks. - ½ cup water
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 heaping cup frozen pineapple
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 ice cubes
Directions
- Mix water, coconut milk and frozen pineapple in a vita-mix
- Puree on excessive pace till easy
- Mix in coconut oil, then protein powder, then ice cubes
- Serve to hungry little kids or thirsty adults
