easy, wholesome, and positive to please.
Rainbow Spring Rolls with Selfmade Peanut Sauce — makes 6 servings
Most important Elements:
• 2 small apples
• 6 rice papers (spring roll wrappers)
• 2 medium carrots
• 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
• 1 orange bell pepper, chopped
• ½ of a small shredded purple cabbage
• 1 cup of contemporary Brussels sprouts
• 1 tablespoon of black sesame seeds, toasted
Peanut Sauce:
• ¼ cup of peanut butter
• 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
• 1 teaspoon of low sodium Teriyaki sauce
• 2 teaspoons of low sodium Tamari
• 1 tablespoon of honey
• ½ teaspoon of purple chili
• ½ of a fresh-squeezed lime
• 2 teaspoons of contemporary grated ginger
Instructions:
- Wash and chop all greens in skinny 1-2 inch slices, place separated on
giant plate. - Fill a big bowl with heat water (it will make the rice paper versatile).
- Moist a dish towel and ring out till damp, lay flat.
- Dip the rice paper in heat water for 5-10 seconds.
- Place rice paper on damp towel.
- Place a number of slices of every meals in heart of rice paper, fold prime of rice
paper over greens, adopted by all sides, then roll down tightly till
utterly closed. - Dip in sauce and luxuriate in!
Sauce Directions:
- Mix all components and whisk till mixed.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
