KENOSHA, Wis. (WFRV) – A retired Kenosha police officer who vanished on January 16, has been discovered lifeless.
Based on the Kenosha Police Division, just below every week after he was first reported lacking, 64-year-old Jeffrey O’Connor from Kenosha was discovered lifeless on Saturday morning.
