To that, I provide my favourite chili recipe.

2 & 1/2 lb lean chuck, floor (hamburger).

The recipe requires (1) 8 oz can of tomato sauce (I normally go along with a 16 oz can of tomato sauce….I like extra tomato taste).

1 C water (contemporary from the faucet).

1/2 teaspoon floor coriander.

1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa.

Whereas the unique recipe would not name for chili beans, I imagine that chili simply is not chili with none beans…

So, I add 2 cans (any selection) of beans (drain off the liquid).

Lastly, add 1/2 teaspoon scorching sauce (or extra in the event you like your chili HOT, and I do!).

FYI, I did not add any this time, as the remainder of my household is a bunch of wimps in the case of meals with “warmth.”
