Chef Darrell Gaffin is lending his recipes and expertise to a the Camden Lunchbox. The kiosk outside Camden's City Hall will serve soups, sandwiches, snacks and smoothies to take out or eat in the park.

CAMDEN — Darrell Gaffin has lived a couple of lives since he left Camden. However most of them centered in a roundabout way round meals.

He is cooked at chains together with Purple Lobster and Champps. He lived in Virginia, Raleigh, North Carolina, and Atlanta. He married and divorced.

He labored as a chef at Duke College and ran a catering enterprise. He labored in restaurant administration however missed cooking. He began yet again from scratch as a line prepare dinner on the Atlanta Botanical Gardens’ Longleaf Restaurant, studying about farm-to-fork cooking and dealing his approach again to assistant govt chef.
