INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 boneless, skinless hen breasts
  • 4 tsp taco seasoning
  • 2 cups salsa or picante sauce





RECIPE: Salsa Chicken

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spray sluggish cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Season hen with taco seasoning and place in sluggish cooker.
  3. Pour over hen; flip to coat.
  4. Cowl and cook dinner on low till hen is falling-apart tender, 3 to five hours.
  5. Flip sluggish cooker to heat and, utilizing two forks, shred hen. Serve over rice or with warmed tortillas, if desired.
