“I really like placing a twist on basic recipes, and this recipe for pomegranate-glazed wings elevates wings to an entire new stage. This recipe is so filled with taste,” Rania Batayneh, MPH, writer of the e-book, The One One One Diet. “The pomegranate juice brings antioxidants and a sweet-tart taste base, and sumac and a pink wine French dressing stability completely with apricot preserves and honey. It is a nice healthy protein facet to stability carb snacks that we sometimes eat on sport day.”

Want a beer pairing? Batayneh recommends accompanying these wings with a not-overly-hoppy beer (akin to a pale ale, lager and even Guinness) for the reason that wings have a sweet-tart taste from the POM glaze.
