As Kay Oswald sits in his lounge room within the Northern Seashores of Sydney, he’s a world away from the place he anticipated to be, and what he anticipated to be doing, when first beginning his administration profession.  Each morning, Kay begins the day with a smoothie. He’s given us some insider recommendations on the most effective recipe for a post-workout drink…

Components

1 banana

1 cup frozen berries (or berry of selection)

1 tsp. cacao

1 scoop protein powder

1 tbsp. chia seeds

1 tbsp. flaxseeds

1 tbsp. coconut oil

1-2 cups coconut water

Technique

  1. Throw all of the components right into a blender. Safe the lid. Mix for 40 seconds or till clean.

When you’re utilizing the KitchenAid Professional Line Blender, set the Blender to the Adapti-Mix Smoothie program. Mix till machine turns itself off. Alternatively, mix for 40 seconds, beginning on pace 1 and progressively growing to hurry 10 or 11, till clean.

That is an edited extract from KitchenAid Basic Supervisor, Kay Oswald.
