INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb pepper jack cheese
- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese
- ½ cup full-fat bitter cream
- 1 10 oz can authentic Rotel tomatoes & inexperienced chilies, drained
- ¾ cup entire milk (if wanted)
- Non-compulsory
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
DIRECTIONS
In a medium pot over low warmth, mix the cheese, cream cheese, bitter cream, and Rotel.
Let the combination warmth till the cheeses soften and a clean cream types, stirring typically. This could take 15-20 minutes.
Add the spices if desired. Add milk if cheese is simply too thick.
As soon as melted, serve instantly, or switch to a sluggish cooker with a “heat” setting to maintain dip heat and melted.
