Step 1: Preheat oven to 300 F.
Step 2: Line giant, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil coated with cooking spray. Unfold 8 cups unsalted, unbuttered popped popcorn onto ready baking sheet.
Step 3: In small saucepan set over medium warmth, warmth 1/4 cup gentle olive oil, 2 tablespoons honey and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Stir in 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest, 1 1/2 teaspoons floor ginger and 1 teaspoon floor turmeric. Pour over popcorn and toss gently to coat evenly.
Step 4: Bake for half-hour, stirring sometimes, or till popcorn is dry and crisp. Let cool utterly earlier than serving.
