CHICKEN, KALE & SWEET POTATO SOUP

Boneless, skinless rooster breasts – I did six skinny lower

8 oz kale

8 small candy potatoes

2 packets Dry Knorr Vegetable Combine

Instructions:

Combine the veggie combine packets with 8 cups water and microwave or simmer for 10 minutes. Take away and let cool when you get your veggies prepared.

My kale was already chopped so all I needed to do was watch the items for the heavy heart stem and take away these. That stem will make your soup too bitter.

Peel and cube candy potatoes into small chunk measurement items.

That is all of the prep there may be!

Add your rooster breasts to the underside of your crockpot, then add the candy potatoes and the kale. Add your soup combine plus sufficient water to fill your crockpot. I believe it is about 5 cups or so extra water.
