To kick off his mornings, Foxx tells Men’s Health that he sticks to the very same exercise routine.

“You do not want a coach,” says Foxx. “I put a pull-up bar proper close to me within the bed room. When you can handle to get 20 pull-ups a day…25 dips, 50 push-ups, 100 sit-ups…20 to 30 again extensions, you are achieved. I try this as quickly as I get away from bed.”

“We’ll have Brussels sprouts, bacon in order for you it, salmon, [and] a little bit little bit of rice,” he says.

Foxx sticks to low-carb fundamentals at dinner to remain happy till morning.

His go-to meal? “A great steak” and greens.

“I snack lots, but when I snack lots, which means I’ve to go run lots or go work out lots,” says Foxx.

When he is sticking to more healthy fare, Foxx says he sometimes snacks on blackberries and LaCroix glowing water.

Whereas Foxx’s weight loss program could also be largely wholesome, he permits himself some leeway with regards to his cravings.
