CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -The kitchen on the Beachland Ballroom in Cleveland has lately undergone a complete overhaul with all new tools. Former Chef Brian Doyle returned to the tavern to reboot the choices to replicate the adjustments and produce his expertise in gluten free delicacies to the newly revamped menu.
On Cleveland Cooks this week he demonstrated his model of the trending Nashville Sizzling Hen.
Gluten-free Fried Nashville Hen Recipe
Hen breasts, 4 items, pound skinny
Brine recipe:
2 scorching cups + 2 cups of chilly water
Sea salt ½ cup
Sugar 2 Tablespoons
Cinnamon stick 1 every
Entire coriander seed 2 teaspoons
Fennel seeds 2 teaspoons
Bay leaves 3 every
Flour mix:
White rice flour 2 cups
Non GMO Corn starch ½ cup or sub arrowroot
Non GMO Corn meal ¼ cup or sub cracked amaranth or millet
Smoked paprika 1 Tablespoon
Sea salt 2 teaspoons
Recent cracked black pepper 1 teaspoon
Granulated garlic 1 Tablespoon
Granulated onion 1 Tablespoon
For Frying:
Your favourite oil or fat- about 4-6 cups in a 8 qt pot or fryer machine when you’ve got one.
Process:
Convey the recent 2 cups of water plus the opposite brine elements to a boil. Boil for five minutes. Then add the chilly water and pressure to order the liquid and discard the seeds and so forth. Chill the brine to 40º. Place the hen within the Brine in fridge for 12-24 hours.

Prime with coleslaw or lettuce and tomato.
