4-time Grammy nominee Yarn, a roots band from New York, will take the stage Wednesday, Aug. 25, at The Room at Cedar Grove close to Lewes, a supper membership and leisure venue based by Delaware musician-chef Paul Cullen.

The occasion, which runs from 6:30 to 9 p.m., features a four-course wine dinner, and partial proceeds will profit Paul Kares, a nonprofit that raises funds to assist aspiring cooks and musicians.

“Yarn is our crew member Nina Peery’s favourite band – she’s a part of a devoted fan base known as the ‘Yarmy,’” stated Cullen, former bass participant for the band Dangerous Firm. “Our mission is to offer new experiences to our visitors, and Yarn will certainly present it.”

Led by songwriter, guitarist and vocalist Blake Christiana, the group has been on the Grammy poll 4 instances and positioned within the high 5 of Radio and Data and the AMA album charts. Yarn has garnered greater than 29,000 month-to-month Spotify listeners and greater than 1 million Spotify performs.

Yarn: Music and Tales will complement a four-course dinner that reveals off Cullen’s abilities. He’s recognized for making ready in-home, Italian-themed meals adopted by a live performance.

The Aug. 25 menu will embody: Panzanella salad with native tomatoes, cucumbers, crimson onions, ciabatta croutons and balsamic-basil French dressing; a selection of wine-braised Tuscan rooster with roasted fingerling potatoes or wild boar sausage Mancini paccheri pasta (brief, huge tube noodles); and Italian gelato.

Pescatarian, vegetarian and gluten-free variations of the pasta dish can be found.

The fee is $75, and seating is restricted. To buy, go to paulcullen.rocks.
