INGREDIENTS

One medium ripe avocado

Half a cup of Panko breadcrumbs

Quarter of a cup of plain flour

Quarter of a cup of almond milk

One tablespoon of ‘The whole lot Bagel Seasoning’ (three tablespoons of white sesame seeds, two tablespoons of black sesame seeds, two tablespoons of dried onion flakes, two tablespoons of dried minced garlic granules, two tablespoons of poppy seeds and two tablespoons of flaky sea salt)

Olive oil spray

Sprinkle of salt

Squeeze of lime

Favorite sauce for dipping (Ayeh makes use of vegan mayonnaise blended with sriracha scorching sauce)

METHOD

To make within the air fryer

1. Reduce the avocado in half, peel and take away the pit. Slice avocado in thick slices/wedges.

2. Create a dipping station with three separate bowls. One for the flour, one for the milk, and the third for the panko breadcrumbs and the whole lot bagel seasoning mixed.

3. One after the other, coat avocado slices into the flour first, then dip into the milk, then again to the flour, and again to the milk.

4. Lastly, dip within the breadcrumb combination and canopy them effectively on all sides to ensure they’re utterly coated.

5. Repeat the method for all of the avocado slices.

6. Preheat your air fryer to 180 levels Celsius or 350 levels Farenheit.

7. Place avocado slices into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray the tops with olive oil and cook dinner for 8-10 minutes.

8. Flip them round and cook dinner for an additional 4-5 minutes till the second facet is golden.

9. After air frying, sprinkle somewhat salt and accompany together with your favorite dipping sauce.

To make within the oven

1. Repeat steps one to 5 from earlier recipe.

2. Pre-heat the oven to 200 levels Celsius or 400 levels Farenheit.

3. Place the avocado slices on a baking tray lined with a baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they don’t seem to be touching. Spray the tops with olive oil and cook dinner for 15-20 minutes till they’re good and golden and crispy.

4. As soon as baked, sprinkle somewhat salt and serve together with your favorite dipping sauce.
