What you want:

For the wonton filling:
1 cup inexperienced cabbage, thinly shredded
½ onion, finely diced
2 giant carrots, finely chopped
½ (14-ounce) package deal extra-firm tofu
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
½ teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon garlic powder
20 wonton wrappers

For the dipping sauce:
4 tablespoons coconut aminos
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
½ teaspoon chili garlic sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

What you do:

  1. In a medium nonstick pan over medium warmth, add cabbage, onion, and carrots and prepare dinner till smooth. Crumble tofu and add. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Prepare dinner for 10 minutes after which take away from warmth.
  2. To the middle of every wonton wrapper, add 1 teaspoon of vegetable and tofu combination. Fold wonton wrapper forming a triangle. Calmly moisten edges of wrapper with water and press collectively.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 350 levels and calmly spray with cooking spray. Gently add wontons into air fryer basket, being cautious to not stack on prime of one another, cooking in batches if wanted. Prepare dinner for five minutes or till golden brown.
  4. For the dipping sauce, in a small bowl, add all substances and stir.
