A singular and simple aspect dish to make to enhance some grilled or baked fish.

You’ll Want

  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt to style
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ lemon (juice solely)
  • Paprika


  • Take away the stem and leaves from the cauliflower.
  • Steam the cauliflower complete till it’s barely tender.
  • Drain and maintain heat.
  • Whip the cream and put aside briefly.
  • In a mixing bowl mix the mayonnaise, salt, mustard and lemon juice.
  • Whip till blended; fold within the whipped cream.
  • Pour sauce over cauliflower or serve it individually.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
